Mr. HENDERSONAs my hon. Friend said in reply to the right hon. Gentleman the Member for South Croydon (Sir W. Mitchell-Thomson) on 31st October, a1068W Debate on the whole subject will arise in due course when the Government invites the House to approve the signature of the Optional Clause. Meanwhile, however, I will consider the hon. Member's suggestion regarding the publication of a memorandum.
