§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI have provisionally approved schemes for the reconstruction of three sections of the Plymouth-Penzance Trunk Road, the grant in respect of two sections of which is subject to the condition that 30 per cent. of the labour employed shall consist of men transferred from depressed areas.
