§ Mr. KELLYasked the Secretary for Mines what reply is to be given to the appeal of the five Cornish mining societies regarding the Cornish catalogue of mines?
§ Commodore KINGI received a representative deputation last week, and I believe they were satisfied that, as re-1316W gards the old plans, my Department is doing everything possible to make a complete catalogue. I hope the collection of the old records will be undertaken locally, and I have offered to give any help I can which will not involve an additional charge on public funds.
