OLIVERasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether His Majesty's Government proposes to take any steps, under Article 15 of the Treaty of St. Germain, for the reassembling of the signatory Powers in order to reconsider the treaty, and to introduce into it such modifications as experience may have shown to be necessary?
Mr. A. HENDERSONI assume that the hon. Member intends to refer to Article 15 of the Convention revising the General Act of Berlin of 26th February, 1885, and the General Act and Declaration of Brussels of 2nd July, 1890, signed at St. Germain-en-Laye on 10th September, 1919. The steps to be taken, in view of Article 15 of the Convention, are under consideration by His Majesty's Government, but I am not yet in a. position to make any statement on the subject.
