§ Sir C. KINLOCH-COOKE
asked the Minister of Health whether he will consider the possibility of amending Section 1 of the Blind Persons Act, 1920, so as to enable blind persons to obtain the pension at an earlier age than 50?

The Advisory Committee on the Welfare of the Blind are at the request of my right hon.
