asked the Minister of Pensions why William Harding, residing at 58, Red Hill Avenue, Kendray Hill, Barnsley, who enlisted on 2nd December, 1885, at Birmingham into the Royal Garrison Artillery, active service period 12 years, was discharged on completion of engagement for 12 years' period, re-enlisted 14th September, 1914, for Great War service upon the appeal of the Government, and was discharged on 14th December, 1918, making a total Army service period of 16 years and three months, is not in receipt of a service pension?
