§ Sir S. HOAREAs regards the first part of the question, I hope that this service will be inaugurated in the spring of next year, but the final details have not yet been settled. As regards the second part, it is proposed to operate a daily service (Sundays excepted) in each direction for about seven to eight months during each year.
