§ Viscount WOLMERThe Postmaster-General has proposed the admission of personal calls as soon as possible in all the Anglo-Continental telephone services without limitation to particular towns either in this country or abroad. Negotiations are proceeding with the Continental administrations, and accordingly I am not in a position yet to name a date.
