§ Sir A. STEEL-MAITLANDThe Springburn Training Centre is equipped for 150 men at a time. There are 120 now in training, and the remainder will be admitted shortly. There is room in the centre for a larger number, and if the first complement succeed in obtaining employment to a satisfactory degree after training, I shall be prepared to consider enlarging the number.
