§ Commander BELLAIRSasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the historical interest of the document, the Government will authorise the publication in full of the Report of the First Lord of the Admiralty, dated 14th October, 1916, on the naval situation; and whether he will publish any memoranda from the Naval War Staff on which that Report was based?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI regret that the reply to both parts of the question must be in the negative.
