§ Mr. AMERYIt is intended that the High Commissioner should be kept fully supplied with all the information necessary to him for the efficient performance of his duties, including, so far as is necessary, information on Foreign Affairs and on matters connected with the League of Nations. The detailed arrangements are still under discussion. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
