The following vessels were reported as having been sold to foreigners during 1926, namely, 275 United Kingdom vessels, of 596,351 tons gross, and 92 Oversea British vessels, of 135,114 tons gross. In 1927 the figures were: 283 United Kingdom vessels, of 856,438 tons gross, and 97 Oversea British vessels, of 39,324 tons gross.
