Mr. CHAMBERLAINMy attention has not been drawn to any specific cases in which it is alleged that reconstituted or synthetic cream is being sold as ordinary cream in public restaurants. I am not aware of any instance in which difficulty has been caused by the absence of a definition of "cream" in the Sale of Food and Drugs Act.
