SUGDENasked the President of the Board of Trade what action he intends to take in respect to paragraph 38 (2) of the Report of the Dating and Sealing of Patents Committee in regard to the introduction of a change in the British practice as to the dating and sealing of patents; and if he is accepting the recommendation of the International Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property as to the abolition of third-party risks?
