§ Mr. H. WILLIAMSExpenditure by the Food Council on postage, telephones and other miscellaneous services is included in the general expenditure on such services for the Board of Trade as a whole, and could not be estimated without an amount of labour and expense which could not be justified. The cost of the Food Council, excluding these miscellaneous items, up to 30th June, 1928, has been £8,704.
