§ Sir V. HENDERSON (for The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS)I am informed that the pavements are much in need of repair, but that it would be both difficult and expensive to repair them. The pavements are not scheduled, but they probably will be in due course. I should point out, however, that scheduling would not have the effect of bringing them under the care of the Department.
