§ Earl WINTERTONSo far as my Noble Friend is aware, the proposal though accepted by the Standing Finance Committee of the Legislative Assembly has not yet been placed before the Assembly itself, but this will be done this month. The answer to the second part of the question is in the negative, and to the fourth part in the affirmative. The total estimated cost is about £300,000 initial and £15,600 recurring.
