HC Deb 14 March 1927 vol 203 c1664W
Mr. WARDLAW-MILNE

asked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether he is now in a position to state the result of the communications made to the officers concerned in connection with the family pension scheme for all Indian services; and whether he can now give details of the same?

Earl WINTERTON

The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. It is not expected that the replies of local Governments, forwarding the views of the Services upon the provisional scheme submitted to them, will be received by the Government of India until next month. I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of the communication which has been sent to all officers affected who are now on leave in this country.
