§ Earl WINTERTONAs announced by my Noble Friend the Secretary of State for India, on the 18th November, the Government are prepared to accept, as a whole, the recommendations of the Royal Commission, subject to such further consideration of details as may prove necessary. Draft legislation has already been prepared and published by the Government of India.
