Member will find the conditions under which these expenses are allowed set out in Articles 840 and 1676 of the King's Regulations and Admiralty Instructions, 1926; paragraphs 281 and 388 to 400 of the Regulations for the allowances of the Army, 1924; and Articles 2982, 3080, 3082, 3083 and 3086 of the King's Regulations and Air Council Instructions, 1924. Comparative figures of the sums paid there-under are not available, as such charges are not separately recorded.
