Sir G. STRICKLAND

asked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that the chief constables of many important towns have recently expressed published opinions supporting the advisability of at least a certificate of physical capacity before motor driving licences are issued or re-issued; and whether he will state the result of the consideration of this question promised last Session?
