EDWARDSasked the President of the Board of Education whether he can furnish the details of the arrangement entered into between the Fuel Research Board and the Gas Light and Coke Company in reference to the installation of by-product plant at the works of the latter firm; and whether there is any agreement which provides that the Gas Light and Coke Company have the option of purchasing the plant if operations are successful.

The hon. Member will observe, by reference to that speech, that the answer to the second part of his question is in the affirmative.
