§ Mr. PILCHERasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the fact that the Indian Assembly has now accepted the proposal for the provision from Indian revenues of half the salaries of two additional Privy Council Judges in Indian cases, the Government intend to re-introduce last year's Judicial Committee Bill for dealing with the British side of that proposal; and, if so, when?
