§ Mr. SCRYMGEOURasked the Minister of Labour whether, in the case of men 743W sent by the Dundee Employment Exchange to work on the Perth-Inverness Road, arrangements can be made to improve the accommodation, including the provision of sanitary facilities, and increasing the number of cooking utensils; and whether the Exchange will refrain from sending men over 50 years of age, and arrange to allow men suspended from work through bad weather conditions, etc., to claim unemployment benefit accordingly?
