HC Deb 25 February 1926 vol 192 c749W
Colonel DAY

asked the Minister of Health if he will consider amendment to the Death Certification Act, so as to cause the compulsory examination of the body before a death certificate is issued by a medical practitioner?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

The subject of death certification is already under my consideration with other related questions, but I cannot see my way, in present circumstances, to introduce any legislation.
