§ Viscount WOLMERSince the passage of the Wireless Telegraphy (Explanation) Act last Session, prosecutions for installing or working wireless receiving apparatus without a licence have been ordered in 49 cases. The number of these cases heard up to the 11th February was 43, of which 42 were successful and one was dismissed. The fines and costs imposed ranged from 4s. to £20 10s.
