The number of such discharges within three months of attestation will be found in the General Annual Reports on the British Army—the figures for the year 1924–25 on page 13 of the Report for that year, and the figures for the years 1909–10, 1911–12 and 1912–13 on page 51 of the Report for the year 1913.

The corresponding figures for the years 1909–10 and 1910–11 will be found on page 45 of the Report for 1911. Information as to the principal physical defects and their relation to the total number of rejections for the years 1909–10, 1910–11, 1911–12 and 1912–13 is contained in Table III, Section 1, of the Report on the Health of the Army for the year concerned. Full information for the year 1924–25 is not yet available, but the figures for the principal causes of rejections and discharges are as follow:
