Mr. DAVIDSONThe net reductions since November, 1924, in the numbers of workpeople employed in the Vote 8 Departments of the Dockyards, and the numbers at present under notice of discharge from the same Departments, are as shown in the following statement:—

Portsmouth 445 32 Devonport 271 17 Chatham 171 15 Rosyth 653 67 (in addition, 474 are under notice to transfer to other Dockyards).
