HC Deb 09 December 1926 vol 200 c2316W
Colonel WOODCOCK

asked the Secretary of State for War what steps he proposes to take with reference to those Territorial Army County Associations that showed deficits in their balance-sheets for the year ended 31st March, 1926?

Captain KING

The position has been steadily improving, and no special action is called for. Only seven out' of 85 associations showed deficits in 1925–26, and the combined deficit was £4,500. In 1924–25 there were eight associations with a combined deficit of£08,000.
