§ The ATTORNEY-GENERALThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. It was in consequence of the difficulty referred to in the question that the Poor Persons Rules Committee was appointed. The Report of the Committee is at present under the consideration of my right hon. and Noble Friend the Lord Chancellor.
