§ Mr. COVEasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if the draft criminal code prepared for the Colonial Office, and published in 1901, Miscellaneous No. 136, is out of print; and, if so, will he cause it to be reprinted and published?
Mr. THOMASThe Draft Criminal Code in question, which was printed but not published in 1901, was intended primarily for the use of the Colonial Office. The Secretary of State decided at the time that it should not be published, and I do not think that any useful purpose would be served by reconsidering his decision.
