Mr. GRAHAMI would refer the hon. Member to the Civil Service Vote on Account for 1924–25 (House of Commons Paper 30 of 1924), which included a sum of £75,000 on account of a total estimate of £180,000 for Secret Service (Class II, Vote 33).
