§ The PRIME MINISTERI am still unable to suggest any date for the conclusion of the negotiations, but, as I informed the hon. Member for Erdington (Sir A. Steel-Maitland) on the 30th of June, I propose to make a statement on the subject before the House adjourns for the Summer Recess.
