Mr. DAVIESI presume the hon. Member is referring to the requirements of Article 7 of the Aliens Order now in force, which are designed to obtain information as to the nationality of all persons staying at hotels, lodging-houses, etc., and certain further particulars in regard to those who are aliens, They are less than were in force in the War and are to very much the same effect as the hon. Member suggests in the latter part of his question.
