§ Mr. GOSLINGI have been asked to reply. I am afraid the Committee will not be in a position to report for some little time. The situation as regards tramcars and omnibuses is different as far as standing passengers are concerned, and, as the hon. Member is aware, the whole problem of the carriage of passengers in London will be affected by the constitution of the London Traffic Committee.
