HC Deb 27 February 1924 vol 170 cc480-1W
Captain BOWYER

asked the Prime Minister whether he will bring in as soon as he possibly can the Bill to amend the pre-War Pensions Act; and can he state when this will be?

The PRIME MINISTER

The Government attach great importance to this Bill; I can assure the hon. and gallant Member that it will be introduced as soon as possible. I regret, however, that I cannot at present indicate a definite date, as the Bill which the Government found in draft is being considered with a view to possible amendments.
