§ Mr. TURNERasked the Minister of Health if he has received a petition from the tenants' association of the Morley Corporation housing scheme praying for a reduction of their rents in consideration of the fact that wages have dropped considerably during the past two years and the continuous bad trade which exists 2610W in that borough; and can he see his way to allow a substantial reduction of the rents at present in operation?
