§ The ATTORNEY-GENERALThis is a question of law. I can only state my own view of the legal position. In my opinion, tenants of houses to which the Rent Restrictions Acts apply, and to whom notices to quit have been given, are only entitled to remain in possession of those houses as long as they are protected by the Rent Restrictions Acts.
