§ Captain ELLIOT:I have been asked to reply. In the Central Division of Glasgow there arc 8,325 persons who are entitled to vote in more than one constituency at a Parliamentary election. The answer to the second part of the question is in the negative. I cannot give any undertaking as regards the third part of the question.
