§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREA telegram has been sent to the Governor of Kenya making it clear that in the matter of discussion with my right hon. Friend the Indian deputation, if sent, will be afforded equal opportunity with the deputation which the European community propose to send, and expressing the hope that the two deputations will come to England at the same time.
