§ Captain ELLIOTIn reply to the first part of the question, I would refer the hon. and learned Member to the reply given on the 17th April to a similar question put by the hon. and gallant Member for Caithness and Sutherland (Sir A. Sinclair). Forms containing the necessary particulars are being communicated to each holder concerned in order that he may put forward an application if he desires to do so.
