HC Deb 23 April 1923 vol 163 c63W
Mr. T. THOMSON

asked the Minister of Health the estimated average extra percentage cost in the erection of parlour houses of 900 and 950 superficial feet as compared with non-parlour houses of 850 superficial feet?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

It is estimated that the cost of building parlour houses of 900 and 950 superficial feet, exclusive of land and cost of development, would be, approximately, 8 per cent. and 11.8 per cent. respectively more than the corresponding cost of a non-parlour house of 850 superficial feet.
