Mr. CHAMBERLAINIt is estimated that the cost of building parlour houses of 900 and 950 superficial feet, exclusive of land and cost of development, would be, approximately, 8 per cent. and 11.8 per cent. respectively more than the corresponding cost of a non-parlour house of 850 superficial feet.
