HC Deb 17 April 1923 vol 162 c1893W

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War why the yearly rent of £6 5s. due to Mr. Francis Robertson, of Belmont., Gomeldon, from August, 1917, to the present date, in respect of the light railway running over his land, has not been paid; and whether he will give instructions for immediate payment to be made?

Lieut.-Colonel GUINNESS

The claim was not received till November last, but I regret that there has been some accidental delay in considering it. It has now been dealt with, and payment will he made immediately.
