Lieut.-Colonel GUINNESS£40 per lorry per annum will be paid in half1894W yearly instalments. The period of enrolment of any one vehicle will depend on its condition and on other circumstances, but it is not likely to exceed two years. The maximum annual cost of the scheme is estimated at £40,000. The sum provided this year on Head VI B is £5,000.
