§ Dr. MACNAMARAAny attempt to vary the rate of contribution according to the amount of time worked during the particular week would, I am afraid, be impracticable owing to the complications and difficulties which it would cause. I will note my hon. Friend's point for consideration, but I cannot hold out any hope that it will be practicable to make any change in the existing practice in this respect.
