§ Sir H. BRITTAINasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department whether, considering the importance at the present time of increasing trade between this country and the South American Republics, and particularly with regard to the large British interests on the West Coast, he will reconsider the appointment of a Commercial Secretary at Santiago?
