BARLOWApart from the persons who were granted benefit for less than the full period, exhaustion of the 16 weeks' benefit originally allowed in the Second Special Period could not occur until to-morrow. As already announced in this House, it has been decided, subject to certain conditions to grant the further six weeks' benefit permitted by the Act, making a total of 22 weeks.
