§ Sir R. SANDERSAny proposals for legislation on the lines indicated in the hon. Member's question should be embodied in a Measure to amend the Merchandise Marks Acts. I do not think that this is a matter that could be dealt with in the Importation of Animals Bill now before Parliament.
