§ Mr. ORMSBY-GORENo orders for material chargeable to loans recently raised by Colonial Governments have been placed outside the British Empire. The only case of which I am aware in which an order has been placed outside this country is that referred to in the answer given to a similar question on the 2nd August, namely, a small order for chemical drugs by the Government of Ceylon.
