§ Sir A. WILLIAMSONI have been asked to reply. Mr. W. H. Robinson is in receipt of a pension as a former established civil servant. Under Section 20 of the Superannuation Act of 1834 his pension ceases to be paid on re-employment by a Public Department if the remuneration of such employment is equal to or exceeds that of his former office.
